Sandy Cobbin

Sales Manager

Sandy began his food service career at an early age. He was a busboy, dishwasher and quickly advanced through the kitchen. He was a general manager before he earned his college degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management and Business Administration. He knows all things food distribution and you won’t find many questions he can’t answer. Sandy has worked for FSI for over 22 years and currently oversees our sales department. In his time away from work, Sandy enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Deborah Stevens

Customer Service

You may know her as Deb, Debbie or Deborah and have most likely been greeted by her when calling our customer service line. She has filled many roles over her 25 years at FSI. Debbie is currently in charge of our Customer Service Department, recalls and marketing.

Melissa Spradlin

Accounts Receivable

Melissa AKA Missy, has been a valued employee of FSI for over 35 years. She manages the Accounting Department, Inventory Control and our Military Contract in Okinawa, Japan (among other things).

Kara Ayon

Director of Purchasing

Kara has been in Purchasing for over 13 years. She oversees all sourcing and supplier relationships. When she’s not at FSI, she’s chasing her two young kids or enjoying a cider with her husband.

Ben Linder

Military Contract Specialist

Ben was hired in 1990 as a delivery driver. In the last 35 years he also worked in the warehouse for all shifts and has recently accepted the manager position in that department. His official title and responsibility is the Military Contract Specialist.

David Smith

IT

David keeps our technology reliable and our team connected. He’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When he’s not working, he’s coaching or watching his sons play baseball.

Justin Coulter

Transportation Manager

Justin runs our Transportation Department and has been with FSI for over 10 years. When he’s not in the office, he’s spending time with his family, camping, or planning his family’s next road trip.


